Sadaf Kobari

Sadaf Kabari, born in 1957 (Tehran, Iran) is a contemporary artist and architect. She obtained her Bachelor's degree in Architecture from the University of Science and Technology in Tehran in 1979. Throughout her professional career, Sadaf Kabari has held numerous solo exhibitions.

She has also participated in various group exhibitions both inside and outside of Iran. Some of these exhibitions include a show at the MIIT Museum in Turin, Italy, and the Association of Painters Gallery in Yerevan, Armenia, in 2022, as well as several exhibitions in Tehran, Paris, and other cities.

In her works, Sadaf Kabari pays attention to the beauty of nature and its effects on the human mind. She describes her mental space and creates dialogues between herself and the canvas using natural motifs. The profound influence of architecture on her works is also evident, and this field has significantly contributed to the formation of her artworks.
