For those who are with us
Dec 26, 2024
The group exhibition "The Moment That It Was" will open on Friday, December 27th, at Ba gallery.
This exhibition takes a look at what defines a moment in everyday details, objects, and people, featuring works by young and innovative artists. n part of the exhibition statement "That Moment That Was," written by Shahrzad Royaei, it states: "Now that the boundary between photography and painting has become very faint, the creation of works with this theme is increasingly common. Among the artists whose works embody such an approach is Gerhard Richter. In this collection, a moment is not only recalled through the presence of humans but sometimes the arrangement of objects in reality or imagination can also evoke that feeling in our present. A moment can sometimes be watching a train track from childhood that reaches our dreams today. A moment when the accumulation of clothes in a corner transports us to a difficult or easy time in the past or a dream of the future. Sometimes it’s a vase of love, a gift for today, that conjures up an ending from yesterday in our hearts. Moments always remain, even those that have been. Now some of them have taken shape in a piece of art."
Those interested can visit this exhibition daily from December 27th to 10th January at Ba gallery.
Ba gallery is open every day from 5 PM to 8 PM and on Fridays from 4 PM to 8 PM to welcome visitors.
